Not happy with subscription

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
joined through nummuspay, went to cancel my subscription and was told by coparents that it had been deleted it.nummuspay also said that my email wasn't in they're system and that I had nothing to worry about and they also said that they no longer deal with coparenta and all subscriptions have been cancelled. They took money from my account which was not a recurring payment authority so couldn't cancel it as it was a one off payment so had to cancel my whole credit card to stop them from possibly dipping into my account again. They're customer service is very poor

CoParents.com is a SCAM

CoParents.com is a SCAM. I signed up and paid up front via PayPal for a few months of service. Six months later, $99.00 was taken from my account via PayPal again with ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING given. They claimed I signed up for a recurring subscription, and referred to their Terms & Conditions, refusing to refund my money for services I no longer requested nor want. PayPal was just as bad, refusing to refund my money when I disputed the charge, as the original transaction was programmed with them as recurring, unbeknownst to me. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.

Scam site with fake profiles

You cannot communicate with anyone without paying an exorbitant fee. To entice you to paying, they make fake profiles who contact you but you have to pay to see the message. One profile had pictures of two completely different people. Scam site. Avoid this site and save your money. You cannot communicate with anyone without paying an exorbitant fee. I am on this site and have had no issues. You bypass the creeps and just like any dating site you find good people.

I have personally met a few good guys.

The only thing that irks me is you have to contact them to unsubscribe and message "may not be seen for a number of days" - their quote. I, personally am just going to block my payment method from them - problem solved!

Changed my sister’s life!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
My sister was going through a really tough time after she came to know that she cant become pregnant. Her family used to scold her for that. Even due to this situation she went in depression. There was no hope left from her end and she was harming her health in an indirect way. One day one of my friends told me about Coparents.com that here we can find a donor for my sister. I checked the website first and then recommended it to my sister. After seeking advice regarding this from her doctor, she agreed to have a baby from a donor’s sperm. Today, she is a mother of one cute girl child and her family is happy with her. Thanks Coparents for changing my sister’s life.

CoParents is 100% a SCAM & FRAUD SITE. They Likely Help Support Criminal & Terrorist networks

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Hopefully you read this before signing up for a membership. I was a non paying member for 3-4 months, and just yesterday I decided to become a full member. Well I should have known better when they accept 'bitcoin' as a form of payment yet my credit cards were declined repeatedly on their system. The website is located in France yet it primarily targets Americans/westerners. Based on the fact that the hackers are located near Paris, Frace, they primarily target westerners, their strange names/emails, and the most damning evidence, they accept bitcoin....A clear indication this sites owner is involved in illegal and illicit activities likely involving criminal enterprise and terrorist networks. Please do not feed your money to the enemy. I likely just sent $34.00 to radical Islamic extremists that believe it is morally acceptable to steal from all non Muslims. The site is not very elaborate or complex. It seems they have a few different hackers constantly creating new profiles to create a mirage of user traffic and participation. After I finally had access to my membership, it was clear foreign hackers were at work. I received the same message from the same user about 9 times. REFUND MY MONEY. Wait, they unregistered and deleted all my accounts. I will do everything in my power to get this site on the radar of the FBI cyber task force, NSA, CIA, etc. I don't think it should be too difficult for them to shut it down.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!! I subscribed to this site and was charged $59 for three months membership. Franz has stated publicly multiple times he will redund anyone who is not satisfied, all they have to do is request a refund, yet I have requested and he refuses to refund my money despite me being a member for less than two weeks. This site claims to help find co-parents and help you find a donor who is willingto use artificial insemination. I contacted over 15 users and most didn't respond back. Those who did reapond only wanted to perform natural insemination and were not willing to be STD checked. Most profiles are inactive. There is no way I can find a co-parent or donor through this site becauae I am not willing to go have unprotected sex with any random person from a website. Franz refuses to refund my money. He is disputing my claim through paypal. He is dishonest and a scammer. Save your money and do not pay to use this scammer site.

Co-parents.net is a cheat and their website constantly malfunctions

Co-parents.net is a deceptive site because they don't respond to any questions or concerns, even after I paid for a membership. They inexplicably deleted my profile without refunding my fees paid. Basically, they have a website that malfunctions half the time, delete paid member profiles, and offer no support whatsoever. My username was Edward5 and you can seek the profile and find it doesn't even exist. What good is a paid membership on a networking site if no one knows I exist? I am very pissed at co-parents.net and at PayPal, who claims they can do nothing since it was a service I bought, not tangible goods.

Sorry for you boys, but I'm a woman and I appreciate that the profiles are checked and they eliminate those that are on the site for sex or money. So thank you co-parent!

Guest

after I signed up, THEY CHANGED MY USERNAME. the one I gave was completely ok and not inappropriate but they decided it was, and instead of rejecting it, they changed it to something I don't want.

I wrote them multiple times explaining to them about how I'm ready to give them my paid subscription but won't if I can't even change my username. but no response! and now all my views are gone. I would just delete my profile and make a new one BUT I CAN'T EVEN DO THAT!

apparently u have to request that by email too! and besides that, I have a few unread messages from interested people that I would lose.

I'm extremely put off by the lack of professionalism with this site.. :upset

Co-parents.net ejected me from the website without any explanation after I asked them why they hadn't posted my message on a forum. My message was very polite, only presenting myself and my expectations.

Incomprehensible, dictatorial manners. I had not broken any terms of use. I wonder if this is legal.

I certainly won't recommend them! They do not care about the reasons you're there, just about taking as much money as they can!

The site is free for sperm donors! simply fill in your profile, put a picture and make a request by mail.

That's false, donors have to pay just like others.

Also 9/10 of profiles are inactive, and it wasn't because they had success. They gave up in frustration.

Guest

i singed up as a donor, and got several e-mail from ppl who wanted help, but i was unable to reply, because you even have to pay to recieve your e-mails, not just send them like normal payed sites. It is a scam, of course most donors are not going to pay to help someone else.

Guest

how do i delet the account if any one knows thanks

Guest

There is only one word that describe's co-parents.net....GARBAGE. I paid for membership a couple months ago and utilized the service for three months.

In three months I sent out ton's of messages (90 or more) and a whole lot of winks. I got not one answer (can you say scam). Then it dawned on me, their little game is this:

The MAJORITY of members are non-paying members so they can't see or respond to any messages I send them. What's worse is that I can't see if a member is a paying member or non-paying (part of the scam).

So I end up wasting god knows how much time sending messages or winks to people who will never see them. The other trick they have is dictatorship type rules...you can't post you're e-mail on your public profile (so non paid members can e-mail you) or any forums. They have a 24 hour wait after you make any change to your profile (including a grammer correction) in which your profile is made non public (no one can see it) until they accept your changes.

Don't fall for the hype, the website's a ghost town (even the forums). Pay for a membership and you'll see.

Guest

No, Franz, no. You did not even reply to my two e-mail complaints sent to your customer service address on your website.

I had been charged $45 multiple times, and only a few days into my membership of the second billing cycle, you deleted my profile even though I was careful not to violate any of your terms of service. Do you really think it's fair to charge me for three months but delete my profile after only a few days without explanation? Is that what you call "legitimate"? Why don't you prove your claim of behaving legitimately, and refund my $45?

And why did your system, after deleting my profile, STILL charge me ANOTHER $45 - six months later? You bill someone repeatedly who doesn't even exist any longer on your site??

People sign up, as I did, expecting to get a good experience, though they will end up with a bad one.

You may have 30,000 memberships, but they can't contact anyone unless they pay, and most of them don't pay. So what happens is almost no one writes to anyone; and likewise, for all practical purposes, you don't have anywhere near that many members.

I have had the same experience with them. No answer from customer service apart from my profile deleted.

Is it even legal?

Is this website considered a private property where you can treat customers the way you want? You have got grounds to sue them if you haven't violated any term of use and they took money from you.
